Our journey to the herbal world, one of the Most High Yahuah methods of healing, started when my son was diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder at age three.* controversial statement* I always believed and still believe any dis-ease and dis-order can be eased (healed) and order (realigned) physically and spiritually and they are both linked. Since then faith, prayer, eating habits and lifestyle habits, research, testings, and learning have been non-stop. Thus, Rapha Wholistic Services was birthed to assist others in prevention, maintenance, healing assistance, and being proactive towards during dis-ease and disorders.

No, I am not a physician yet I specialize in herbalnomics: medicinal plant-based healing, if the Most High, Yahuah called the plant out of the ground it has a purpose and it can assist in healing.

Here at Rapha Wholistic Services & Apothecary, we provide one on one consultations and we work with you throughout your healing process.

Fasting: our methods of fasting are beyond traditional, while abstaining you will be required to do more and go beyond your comfort zone.

Detox: whole body, whole mind, and whole foods assist well with this plan.

Celluar Support: functional cellular health means that molecules that make up the cell, proteins, mitochondria, and DNA are functioning well and will be free from damage so long as the cell is working correctly.

Tailored Menus: As a chef, I will create tailored menus for individuals that will best accommodate your process towards your healing goal(s).

Herbal Arukah: utilizing herbs that are unique per individual, we carefully pair up each client with the exact part of the herb ex: stem, leaves, roots, flower, etc that will yield the best results with restoring the body.

Maintenance: we focus on ways that are tailored to the individual and not burdensome in order to properly keep the body functioning well.

Whichever plan (s) that is/are chosen is tailored for the individual alone. Our process is not about beauty and pampering it’s about salubrious benefits, relief, and aiding in the healing process.

There are two steps in the healing and restoration process that is extremely important and that is REST and RECOVERY. These steps are of extreme VALUE.
